THE FLOOD

Three people died in the biggest flood in three years in Kampong Speu yesterday. Many houses and rice field are under water and it isn’t possible for farmers to find many of their animals. “We think many of our called and other animals aren’t alive now”, said one woman. “We must leave our houses at once or we will die” another person said. “But it will be difficult for us to discover anywhere safe and dry”, because the flood is getting worse.

The king and the Queen will send food and clothes to the people in Kampong Speu to day and the police will help them to escape. We will use boats to help the people, said one policeman. We will not waste the anytime, he continued. We have plenty of boasts and we will work from sunrise to sunset.
