THE DEFINITION OF “CRIME”

The term of the word “Crime” it refer to the something which is illegal behavior or activities and which people are punished for committing the crime by sending to imprison in a jail. The crime is involved with murder, robbery and rape.

Murder is the act of trilling people both internationally and unintentionally and it brails the nation’s law. Moreover, it is considered as a serious crime. People who murder other people will be found that they commit a crime, so they become criminal, but other will be judged or in some countries they sentence those criminal, but other countries just imprison them for some year departing on the nation’s law and sometimes whole their life. Moreover, murder is against to human’s right and it’s very cruel for those who murder people. Now, person who murder people is called “murder”. It short, murder is the most illegal part of crime. It means that they are involved with each other.

Robbery is also a par of committing crime. It refers to the crime of stealing but sometimes they use weapons in order to rob thing if a person robs other people’s property, that person will become a robber. In order to succeed in robbery, the robbers will be involved with the murder as well. Robbery mostly happen in the both poor and rich country which is poor at law. Poor, greedy and ambition is the cause of robbery.

Rape is also the component of the committing crime. In Cambodia the key term of the word “rape” is a sexual act involving penetration against a non-contending person. Thus, the wording focuses on sexual act, and since sex is association with pleasure, but rape is often treated in Cambodia as crime of person who rape other people called rapist. Mostly rapist use of violence, anger and power means to hurt, control and humiliate the victim. Thus when rape appear, it means that the crime also emerge as well.

In conclusion, crime is really illegal behavior for everyone who commits it and it truly break the nation’s law. It makes ours society insecurity and full of scary in society. Crime is a word which destroyed society’s developing and the way of like in a country.
