WOMEN IN CAMBODIA

Life for women in Cambodia is very difficult, especially; the women live in the country. Most of them are farmer who work very hard all day in the fields. Although they work very hard, they earn a little money for their family, so some of their children have to drop out of school in order to find jobs in the city or town and work at home to help their families. Some of women are looked down on by their husband and some are hit by their husband and other have HIV because of their husband. However, the women who live in the city are very lucky. They don’t have to work hard, but they have enough money, and their children have good opportunities to study. They can go to either private or state school. Life for women in country is more difficult than one for them in the city.
