THE VALUE OF SUCCESS

It is universally acknowledge that success is the reward of hard work. A lazy man seldom succeeds. This is a universal truth. Then, there is another saying “Fortune favors the brave” in this word of ours one cannot be successful, if one is not prepared to work hard. How true, the proverb is conceding our success in the examinations a lazy boy who is not prepared to work hard, or bums midnight candles cannot be successful in his student and examination.

It is also true in every walk of life. To be a successful businessman, one has to work hard; to be a successful doctor one has to read a lot of, to be a successful lawyer also one has to spend a lot of one’s energy.

Take the example of some of our young athletes and swimmers. They did not earn their names over might. To achieve this they had to work day and night for years, sometime forgetting their pleasures and happiness. Therefore it is true that success follows hard work.
