THE RICE HARVEST SEASON IN MY VILLAGE

Harvest season is a very happy time for the people in my village. Most people are farmers and they usually grow rice in their field and feed animals. When the harvest season in coming, the cold wind blow heavily and the children begin to make to make kites. They look very happy if their kites can fly higher than others. During the harvest season, the farmers look very happy and friendly. They always help others to collect their products and they look very helpful. The farmers usually get up in the early morning to work on their field until the late evening, they come back home with an exhausted face. In my village after the harvest season, they usually have a small party together in the village. After the job as farmer, most people have another job such as motor taxi, feed animals, and some people go to work in happy as Khmer New Year because they can work on the field and they have a party together. The living standard of the villagers is an average class because after the job as farmers, the have another job, so they can support their family.
