THE RAILWAY STATION

Good morning today we’re going to Kampong Som by train and we just arrived at the railway station in Phnom Penh. It early and we’re waiting for our friends near the entrance to the station. Here they are, we’ll go into, the station any way. On the right is the place we can buy our ticket. Straight ahead are the platforms. Our train leaves the platform three. We’re better get our ticket now. The ticket collector won’t let us on to the platform without one.

Right we get our ticket. Now for a newspaper, we can read it on our journey. Look! Our train has just arrived at platform three with crowed of passengers all getting off. The ticket! Collector is buys collecting their tickets. Now they are all gone and the guard’s standing at (lie end of the train waving a small flag and blowing a whistle. That’s the sign for the train to depart and the guard has just shouted, “all aboard, everyone. We’re off to kampong some!”
