THE IMPORTANCE OF EXERCISE
Our
bodies are made of fresh, bones, muscles, blood and so on. In order that the
body performs property we need to eat. We also need to exercise it.
Exercise
strengthens the muscles and makes the blood flow more efficiently. Muscles are
needed to carry out daily activities like walking, sitting or simply moving a
finger. Weak muscles cannot do these things property and we suffer for it
pleasant.
Blood
circulation has to be good so as to maintain good health. Poor circulation can
result in all sorts of problems like swollen feel and giddiness.
Lack
of exercise means that the food that we eat is not well utilized. Fats
accumulate in the body and that can lead to dangerous hypertension, heart
diseases and other ailments.
Thus
we can see how important exercise is. We need to exercise. However we must not
exercise excessively for this can result in injuries like tom muscles and
twisted joints. Moderation is best.
