There is no morality in driving, do not correctly check the vehicles out before driving. According to the road condition of our society that has no much high ways. The hardness of the traffic jam will occur when be vehicle are driven by people who do not understand the traffic laws. And try to provide the great education and awareness of traffic regulation and rules for the young generations.
