EATING OUT
EATING
OUT
My
brother gave me a treat the other day. He was going off to university to
continue his studies and would not see me for some time, thus the treat.
We
want to the local food stalls in town. We arrived there at about 7 p.m. There
were a lot of people seated at the many open-air tables. Most of the stalls
were open. They were brightly lit with fluorescent lamps.
As
we entered, a whole host of people appeared by our side trying to coax us to
visit their stalls. We were offered seats everywhere. I had decided earlier
that I want to eat a bowl of noodles, so I headed straight for my favorite
noodles stalls.
We
sat at an empty table and ordered our noodles. Then we were engulfed by little
voice all imploring us to ordered drink from them. We ordered sugar-cane juice
and the kid disappeared.
We
ate our noodles and had our drinks. They were good. Then my brother paid for
them. On the way home we stopped at the fruit stall and are some fruits. It was
a wonderful treat.
