A RAINY DAY

It was the first May. Nobody had expected that it is to be wet day. When I woke, it was so dark that I thought the night had not yet passed. In meanwhile I heard the clock strike seven. I soon got up. No sooner did I come out then it began to rain hard. The poured continuously (for four hour) so that street were flooded. For the pass night I had been intolerably hot, so the rain was a blessing to us. Who not welcome a rainy day in the midst of scorching summer?
